WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship throughout Australia and New Zealand.
SHIPPING RATES
Australia:
• Standard tracked shipping: $8.95
• Swim Buddies Twin Bundle: FREE standard shipping
New Zealand:
• Standard tracked shipping: $12.95
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Queensland public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Regional, remote and international deliveries may take longer.
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or provided by the carrier are estimates only. Postal delays, customs processing, severe weather and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery.
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
Any applicable taxes, duties or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless they have already been collected at checkout.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact hello@swimbuddies.com.au as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been packed or dispatched.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, ask other household members and contact the shipping carrier.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, email hello@swimbuddies.com.au with your order number and we will assist where possible.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, contact hello@swimbuddies.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer laws.
