RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be unused, uninflated and in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging included. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty or damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. Email hello@swimbuddies.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and reimburse any reasonable return-postage costs where required.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights may continue beyond our 30-day change-of-mind return period.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive another item is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
